This is not a shadowing programme. You will be on a delivery team, committing code that reaches production, with a named mentor and protected learning time each week.

What you will do
- Work on a delivery team alongside senior engineers
- Contribute production code with review and support
- Complete a structured learning curriculum
- Present your work at the internal engineering forum
What we are looking for
- Studying or recently graduated in computer science or a related field
- Some programming experience — coursework or personal projects both count
- Genuine curiosity and comfort asking questions in public
