You will own the design of a product area end to end: talking to users, framing the problem, designing the solution and staying involved while it is built.
Our designers do their own research. If you would rather receive a brief than shape one, this will frustrate you.
What you will do
- Plan and run user research, and share what you learn openly
- Design flows, interfaces and prototypes for complex products
- Contribute to and maintain the shared design system
- Work with engineers throughout build, not just at handover
- Advocate for accessibility as a design constraint, not a checklist
What we are looking for
- Four or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your reasoning
- Comfortable running interviews and usability sessions yourself
- Fluent in Figma and in building maintainable component systems
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and how to design within it
