You will run two or three concurrent engagements — planning, risk, commercial change and the conversations that go with them.
Our clients are told about problems early, including the ones that reflect badly on us. That is the standard.
What you will do
- Plan and track delivery across cross-functional teams
- Own the client relationship day to day
- Manage scope, risk and commercial change transparently
- Facilitate the ceremonies that help and drop the ones that do not
What we are looking for
- Four or more years managing software delivery
- Enough technical depth to challenge an estimate credibly
- Direct experience of client-facing consultancy work
